How we check prices

Seoul River is a K-beauty guide for skin over 40, based in the UK. This page explains where our prices come from and how we make money.

28 October 2026. Every price on the site was checked by hand on this date. Prices change often, so always confirm at checkout. We’ll update this date each time we recheck.

How we compare

• We compare exactly the same product and size at each shop. If a shop only sells a set or a different size, we leave it out rather than guess.
• UK prices include VAT, as shown on each shop’s site.
• Korean prices are shown in US dollars, so we convert them at 0.7518 and add 20% UK VAT to estimate what you’d pay.
• Delivery costs and free-delivery levels come from each shop’s published policy. Where a shop hasn’t confirmed its small-order delivery cost to the UK, we say so.
• Out-of-stock and unconfirmed listings are shown but never counted as the cheapest option.

How we make money
